(1) Vendor needs to provide weekly cleaning services to the government authority located in Rutland, VT. – Vacuum, dust, remove cobwebs, empty trash and replace liners.– Clean and remove smudges on walls, switch plates, wall fixtures.– Clean all glass.– Sweep, damp mop, vacuum, clean and remove smudges on walls, handrails, trash removal.– Clean and remove smudges on walls, doors, switch plates, wall fixtures– Empty trash and replace liners– Clean all glass– Clean all surfaces, including tabletops and chairs.– Vacuum, dust and remove cobwebs.– Clean and remove smudges on walls, doors, switch plates, wall fixtures.– Empty trash and replace liners.– Clean all glass, surfaces.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
