(1) Vendor needs to provide resource management system, airport operations database implementation, maintenance and support services. • Work includes the following:– Project management– Requirements validation– System design– Cloud hosting environment and any required edge hardware– Software and subscriptions– Implementation, migration and integration– Testing– Training– Cutover– On–going technical / integration resource and knowledge transfer– Submittals– Support and maintenance• Information Display System (IDS): Provide and document the AODB interface that supplies the IDS with the data it requires.• Enterprise data platform: Make RMS/AODB data and services available to the enterprise data hub via REST and event–based interfaces and shall develop direct data and service integration into the Airport’s enterprise data–domain structure.• Passenger processing / shared–use platform.• Financial and billing systems: The AODB must support automated generation of billing data for aircraft parking and common–use charges by providing data integration with existing agency billing system.• Support services: (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 6, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Pre–bid conference will be held on September 29, 2026.
