(1) Vendor needs to provide payment processing services to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA. – The data needed to provide the validation and current payment amounts can be extracted from existing billing process or sent via a separate data file.– Payment processing services for its customers by providing payment processing and related services that integrate with the loan servicing system web–based platform.– The system must use real–time bankcard validation for credit or debit payments, and banking American Bankers Association (ABA) number validation for E–Check payment requests.– The home loan program originates home loans and provides manual underwriting, home protection coverage, and servicing.– Contractor shall pick up and validate loan payment checks received by mail each business day and deliver to the contractor offices for processing.– Approves invoices for payment and forwards to accounting for processing.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 11, 2026(3) The contract period will be for three years.
