(1) Vendor needs to provide data science and analytics platform. – Provide An enterprise platform that supports data science in (as a minimum) R and Python, connects to our existing (and retained) Snowflake data warehouse, operates within New Zealand or Australia under Microsoft Entra ID single sign–on, schedules and runs jobs unattended, and scales as adoption grows — provided with vendor support, maintenance and an evergreen model.– The enterprise data science and analytics platform, its integration with the retained Snowflake warehouse, hosting within New Zealand or Australia, Entra ID single sign–on, security and data–sovereignty compliance (HISO 10029, NZISM), and vendor support / maintenance / evergreen(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026.
