(1) Vendor needs to provide mission critical technologies solution.– Serve as the prime contractor and single point of accountability to the city for the complete solution, including body–worn cameras, in–car video cameras, less–lethal energy weapons, digital evidence management, and all related hardware, software, services, integration, implementation, training, warranty, and support.– Solution is anticipated to include, but may not necessarily be limited to:– Body–worn camera system– In–car video camera system– Less lethal energy weapons– Digital evidence management platform– Cloud storage services– AI–powered evidence tools (redaction and search capabilities)– Installation and configuration– Training– Ongoing technical support– Warranty and lifecycle management(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 10, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
