(1) Vendor needs to provideconstruction services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.– The Contractor will be required to construct the 13,000 square–foot–base building, ground–up, new Ward 8 Senior Wellness Center where seniors can congregate for recreation and general well–being.– Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for the Project, including all associated construction, close–out, and post–construction phase services(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 05, 2026
