(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management service to the government authority located in Daytona Beach, FL.• Provide professional services as hereinafter described, which may include architectural, marine/coastal engineering, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, environmental, environmental engineering, surveying, geotechnical, grant writing and planning services.• Services may also include project inspection, construction management, grant writing and planning services associated with design and operation.• Deliverables – The project will include the following deliverables: • Conceptual Renderings • Project Design schedule and updates • Environmental Documents • 60% Construction Plans and Permit Applications • 90% Construction Plans, Cost Estimates, Bid Schedule • Constructability Review • 100% Construction Plans and Specifications • Final Signed and Sealed Plans and Specifications, Cost Estimate and Bid Schedule (2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 29, 2026.(4) Non–Mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 16, 2026.
