EXTRA-76117 - USA (Ohio) - Main Campus Plan Services for Operational Efficiency - Deadline September 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide main campus plan services for operational efficiency to the government authority located in OH.– Professional consulting services for the development of a focused, data driven campus plan. – Focused on campus footprint around its central core, with the goal of reducing deferred maintenance and operating costs as well as increasing operating efficiency. – Work on this project shall include evaluation of the utilization of facilities including a) classrooms, b) laboratory classrooms, c) research laboratories, d) offices, e) student support space and f) auxiliaries. – Consolidation shall consist of recommendations for reduction in the real estate portfolio and relocation of campus units that result in increased space utilization.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026.
