Construction of Adams Avenue and Jackson Street Roundabout

In general, the construction of a ‘Mini-Roundabout’ at the intersection of Adams Avenue and Jackson Street, Pueblo, Colorado will consist of pavement and concrete removal, excavation and embankment, asphalt pavement with aggregate base course, concrete flatwork involving integral coloring and stamping. Storm sewer relocation, signage and pavement markings, and traffic control. This work includes all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the complete installation of the items described above and as specified in the Plans and Specifications. The Standard Construction Specifications and Standard Details for Pueblo, Colorado, adopted April 11, 2022, and as most recently amended, and the Colorado Department of Transportation 2023 Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction shall control the construction and quality of materials for this project except where specifically modified by the Special Provisions.
