Incarcerated Behavioral Treatment

The County of Mohave, on behalf of the Department Name Department, is seeking proposals from qualified respondents for Project Title . All proposals are due before Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date . Mohave County is looking for multiple providers to provide behavioral healthcare services to address behavioral health, substance use, and recovery support needs of incarcerated individuals located at the Adult Detention Center, 501 S. Highway 66, Kingman, AZ 86401. Funding has been identified for the remainder of the fiscal year (June 30, 2027). The County will reimburse behavioral health providers for services rendered under this solicitation only at the current Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) Behavioral Health Outpatient Fee FFS rates - Fee-For-Service . The County will enter into multiple contracts for services, to ensure that incarcerated individuals have the necessary resources available to them. Incarcerated individuals have the ability choose their treatment provider, so being a awarded a contract does not guarantee services will be rendered.
