The work shall include the following: Reconstruction of sixteen (16) tees complexes (two (2) complexes at a time to facilitate play during construction), construction of three (3) fairway tie-ins, installation of new drainage throughout to improve turf conditions, irrigation improvements for each tee complex, and other incidentals associated with this work. This is a lump sum contract. Contract length is 120 calendar days to the date of Substantial Completion.
