DRA-11979 - USA (Pasadena, California) - Campus-Wide Hazardous Building Materials Survey and Inventory Services - Deadline November 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide campus–wide hazardous building materials survey and inventory services to the government authority located in Pasadena, CA– Resulting inventory shall be developed as a durable, searchable, and maintainable resource that can be used by Facilities and Construction Services, maintenance personnel, project managers, architects, engineers, contractors, and environmental professionals– Perform a comprehensive campus–wide visual survey of all accessible areas of the buildings identified by the Owner for the purpose of identifying, documenting, locating, and characterizing known, suspect, presumed, and confirmed hazardous building materials.– Survey shall establish a campus–wide baseline inventory for future maintenance, renovation, alteration, demolition, and environmental work.– Identify materials by building, floor, room/area, building component, material type, and approximate extent where reasonably practicable.– Identify materials requiring sampling and materials that may be classified using reliable existing documentation.– Document the apparent condition of hazardous or suspect materials when relevant to their management or potential disturbance.– Photograph representative materials and significant hazardous–material conditions.– Document areas that cannot be surveyed and the reason for the limitation(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 5, 2026.
