(1) Vendor needs to provide lockbox services to the government authority located in Palm Bay, FL.– Obtain competitive pricing and establish fixed rates for the services required by the City– Provide qualified lockbox service providers located within the State an opportunity to provide the required services– Establish consistent processing, reporting, imaging, data transmission, and deposit requirements– Obtain services from a qualified provider capable of accurately and securely processing customer payments– Remittance Collection– Remittance Processing Procedures– Check Processing– Cash Handling– Imaging & Data Transmission– Daily Transmittal – Collection and Deposit of Funds– Security and Data Protection(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 6, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
