CONS-24402 - USA (La Palma, California) - Park and Landscape Maintenance Services - Deadline October 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide to the government authority located in La Palma, CA.• The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, tools, services and special skills required to perform the landscape maintenance as set forth in this Specification and in keeping with the highest standards of quality and performance, as well as safe work practices and traffic controls.• Maintenance of the landscape shall include but is not limited to mowing and edging of turf areas, litter control, raking of planters, sweeping, blowing of hardscape areas, and cleanup of drainage facilities.• Mowing shall occur on the same day each schedule. Mowings missed due to inclement weather shall be rescheduled and completed within three (3) days on the every other week schedule and seven (7) days on the weekly schedule.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 12, 2026.
