EXTRA-74368 - USA (Longmeadow, Massachusetts) - Accident Recovery Services - Deadline September 3,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide accident recovery services for all aspects of accident recovery claims to the government authority located in Longmeadow, MA.– Develop and implement a means (including computer programs and analysis) of updating recovery service cases information on a regular basis and coordinate this information on a regular basis with changes in the construction program– Analyze the replacement equipment of the Town and the estimated costs of the recovery/replacement action– Review and evaluate the replacement resources available to the Town.– Develop, implement and coordinate an on–going accident recovery program on behalf of the Town– Develop a plan for communicating the importance and ability to recognize and properly report municipal property damage for all designated employees– Develop a plan for integrating contractor investigation services into recovery actions which will be brought on behalf of the Town,– Develop a plan for repairs or replacement– Establish procedures for claim settlement(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026.(3) A contract term will be for one year.
