(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic timing system to the government authority located in Iowa City, IA.• provide comprehensive athletic timing, scoring, and display system solutions,including the supply of all new equipment, installation, commissioning, training, and post–implementation support.• Overall system design and proposed solution, including timing, scoring, and display capabilities.• Description of all equipment, hardware, software, accessories, and associated componentsincluded in the proposal and how software will integrate with Daktronics scoreboard, StreamlineTech, and Broadcast/TV integrations.• Identification of permanently installed equipment and mobile equipment, including storageconsiderations for portable components.• Installation approach, project management methodology, anticipated project schedule, and keymilestones through final acceptance.• Commissioning, testing, and validation procedures that will be conducted to ensure the systemperforms as specified and is ready for operational use.• Training programs and resources provided for University personnel responsible for operating,administering, and maintaining the system.• On–site support plan for the first athletic meet following system implementation, includingattendance by qualified technical personnel and real–time troubleshooting services to addressany issues that may arise during live event operations.• Warranty coverage, preventive maintenance services, software updates, technical support, andlong–term service options.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.
