Information Technology (IT) Consulting and Management Services

The intent and purpose of these specifications is to adequately describe the type, quality, and quantity of the good or service to furnish. It shall meet the needs and demands of the Borough of Bergenfield and list the requirements necessary for entering into a contract to furnish the specified items as provided herein and as applicable in the request for proposal (RFP) or as mutually agreed upon. The conditions and requirements are intended to be open and competitive to obtain adequate participation of interested parties, uniformity in submitting proposals, and selection of the most advantageous response, price, and other factors considered. The Borough shall be the sole judge concerning the merits of all proposals. Listed herein are the specifications for goods or services and other information required to establish a Contract. All terms and conditions herein shall be implemented within thirty (14) days of the contract award.
