(1) Vendor needs to provide employee benefits consulting services to the government authority located in Orlando, FL.• Employee Benefits Insurance Consulting firm to provide oversight and guidance for its self–insured health plan and other employee insurance products.• Providing consultation services to public sector and private employers with health insurance programs of similar size to the district. • Assist in the development, market research, and evaluation of requests for proposals for the district’s health plan and other employee insurance products.• Assist agency in interpreting health plan benefits, including eligibility and benefit interpretation.  • Attend and report at agency meetings, including the quarterly trustees meeting, monthly operations meetings, monthly fringe benefits meeting, annual vendor performance guarantee meetings, and other meetings, and provide data and input as requested  • Collaborate with the agency wellness department to develop, facilitate, and evaluate the outcomes of an employee benefit survey.      (2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 18, 2026.
