(1) Vendor needs to provide traffic safety action plan services to the government authority located in Butte, MT.• Develop a comprehensive Action Plan detailing approaches to address safety concernswith a specific implementation plan for recommendations and methodologies to track progress.• The plan will include a baseline analysis of historic crash trends, investigate fatal and seriousinjury crashes, identify high risk intersections and areas, analyze potential system–wide safetyissue, investigate behavioral trends, and ensure current plans/policies prioritize safety.• Planning work will help define trends and identify impactful strategies that are evidence–based, cost–effective, and innovative.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 10, 2026.
