(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic poll books and maintenance services.– Create and upload an extract of the voter registration database and street file to load the with voter information.– Provide information necessary to verify a voter’s identity, such as voter ID number from MCVR, voter status, full name, year of birth, residential address, and mailing address.– Allow for voter search by name, address, voter ID or other identification allowed.– Indicate a voter has voted in–person or by absentee ballot, requested an absentee ballot or in an inactive status.– Ability to direct voters to the correct polling location in county.– Ability to support on–demand ballot printing natively or through integration with a third–party ballot printing system for use during the absentee voting period and on election day at centralized polling locations, ensuring the correct ballot style is produced for each voter at the time of check–in.– System must support real–time transmission of each voter check–in event to a centralized, countywide database via an integrated or tethered cellular connection.– Ability to upload each voter’s check–in event in real time via cellular connection to a central repository, enabling instant cross–location deduplication to prevent a voter from voting more than once on election day or during any period when multiple check–in locations are active simultaneously.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 7, 2026.(3) A non mandatory pre–bid conference will be held on June 30, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for three years.
