(1) Vendor needs to provide branding and wayfinding plan service. – Develop a branding and wayfinding signage plan serve as a world–class regional, state, and national tourism destination.– Plan, being developed through regional collaboration, will result in a unified brand and logo for the regional rail trail; wayfinding sign typologies (e.g., shapes, sizes, colors, and messaging), recommendations for signage placement and locations for the various types of wayfinding signs and their proposed locations.– Plan will include design intent and engineering shop drawings for future construction and installation of the signs.– Branding system shall be scalable, adaptable for environmental graphics and signage, and suitable for long–term regional implementation.– Develop a unified regional brand identity for the regional trail establishing a clear, cohesive visual identity that can be applied consistently across jurisdictions while allowing for limited local co–branding where appropriate.– Develop and present a minimum of three distinct brand identity concepts for stakeholder review.– Provide a complete production–ready brand identity package.– Conduct a preliminary trademark screening (including database search) to identify potential conflicts related to the recommended brand identity.– Develop recommended wayfinding family sign elements and typology to represent the look and feel of the trail, including sign shapes, sizes, colors.– Develop highly detailed comprehensive shop drawings (production ready blueprints) of the final recommended branding and wayfinding sign package which include production–ready vector files functional for the fabrication floor to get accurate bids and avoid change orders later.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 19, 2026.
