(1) Vendor needs to provide title xx services to the government authority located in Canton, OH. – Day care services for adults provision of one hour of services or activities which mayinclude opportunity for social interaction; companionship and self–education; health support or assistance in obtaining health services; counseling; recreation and general leisure time activities; meals; personal care services; plan development; and transportation.– Protective services for adults provision of one hour of services designed to prevent or remedyabuse, neglect, or exploitation of adults who are unable to protect their own interest due to maltreatment or domestic violence; lack of adequate food, clothing or shelter; lack of essential medical treatment or rehabilitation services; and lack of financial or other resources.– Prevention and intervention services provision of services or activities designed to provide earlyidentification and timely intervention to support families and prevent or ameliorate the consequences of abuse, neglect, or domestic violence, or to assist in making arrangements forAlternate placement or living arrangements where necessary.
