(1) Vendor needs to provide leadership coaching and capacity building support services to the government authority located in Memphis, TN. – Provide leadership coaching, organizational leadership development, capacity building and implementation support focused on strengthening the effectiveness of agency leaders responsible for coaching and developing school leaders. – Work collaboratively with performance and leadership development and other and stakeholders to strengthen leadership coaching practices, develop internal coaching capacity, monitor implementation, identify trends and provide targeted development based upon identified needs. • Provide job–embedded and shadow coaching: Conduct job–embedded shadow coaching that may include accompanying agency leaders during school visits, leadership observations, principal coaching sessions and follow–up conversations.• Support consistent implementation of the agency coaching model: Work with performance and leadership development to strengthen implementation of the agency’s existing leadership coaching model.• Develop progress–monitoring tools and resources for calibration: Develop and/or refine tools that allow the agency to monitor the quality and implementation of leadership coaching.• Analyze leadership and coaching trends: The respondent will establish a systematic process for analyzing evidence gathered through coaching engagements, shadow coaching, observations, and progress monitoring.• Strengthen organizational leadership capacity• Provide regular leadership reports and recommendations: Provide regular progress reports and briefings to designated agency leadership.• Provide professional learning based on identified trends: Develop and facilitate professional learning responsive to trends identified through coaching, observation and progress–monitoring activities.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 12, 2026.
