(1) Vendor needs to provide automated check–in and badge printing services to the government authority located in Knoxville, TN.• Check–in software with intuitive user interface for self–service use.• Software will allow registrants to check in and print their badge.• Real–time synchronization with the client’s registration system.• Software should update each registrant’s status as they check in and print their badge.• Open API or proven integration capability for seamless data exchange including new registrations and registration changes, etc. in real time.• System must efficiently support up to 1500 attendees, minimal wait times (target: <1 minute per attendee).• Provide enough badges for 1 per registrant plus additional badges for walk–in registrations and badge reprints.• Customizable full–color badges.• Touchscreen interface or standard display with keyboard.• Integrated or paired badge printer (high–speed, event–grade): &le;5 seconds per badge preferred○ QR/barcode scanner for attendee lookup.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 22, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
