(1) Vendor needs to provide digital child exploitation filtering system. – The solution must support the addition, upload and management of custom block lists. – The solution requires no less than 150,000 requests per second (RPS). (The current solution is 100,000 RPS). – The solution must offer a monitoring and alert component for monitoring the operational status and performance of the solution.– The provider must be certified/accredited, and the solution must include auditing and Single–Sign–On (SSO) or Multi–Factor Authentication (MFA). – The proposed solution must support deployment and operation within DIA–managed on premises infrastructure.
