(1) Vendor needs to provide revenue sharing poster sales events services include posters, prints, photographs, frames, hangers, and related items.– Supply and sell posters, prints, frames, hangers, and related merchandise.– Provide trained sales staff, cashiers, and PCI–compliant point–of–sale equipment.– Set up, stock, merchandise, operate, and dismantle sales events.– Maintain a clean, safe, and fully staffed sales area during operating hours.– Provide daily sales reports and a final post–event sales and inventory report.– Remit revenue–sharing payments to agency based on the agreed commission percentage or minimum guarantee, whichever is greater.– Comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and agency requirements, including insurance, safety, and background–check obligation (2) All question must be submitted no later than July 20, 2026.
