(1) Vendor needs to provide mental health, drug and alcohol, treatment counseling and medication assurance program services on an as needed basis to the government authority located in Erie, PA. • Psychiatric services: – These services should include: emergency appointments, outpatient counseling, intensive outpatient counseling, individual counseling, group counseling and substance abuse evaluations, medication education, medication management with a physician, medication monitoring based on individual need, social responsibility training.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
