(1) Vendor needs to provide community economic development services.– Create new high–quality, permanent, full–time jobs for eligible individuals.– Address barriers to employment through support services.– Promote community revitalization by investing in local communities.– Create or expand businesses that economically revitalize communities with high rates of poverty and unemployment.– Promote increased access to quality jobs in low–income and economically distressed communities.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
