CONS-22768 - USA (Stony Brook, New York) - Campus Planning, Design and Construction Service - Deadline September 4,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide campus planning, design and construction service to the government authority located in Stony Brook, NY.1. The design consultant shall prepare field verified as–built drawings of the entire building andexterior areas pertinent to the scope of work, including but not limited:– Architectural grade plans (floor, roof, reflected ceiling, etc.) capturing all affixedconstruction, identification of finish floor elevations, major features, etc.;– Exterior site, site access, and fire access plans (exterior entries, stairs, ramps, exteriorgardens, walkways, landscaped areas, fire hydrants, Siamese connections, etc.);– Life safety plans identifying all egress components and travel distances, locations of firerated construction / fire separation(s), separation of occupancies, emergency exit signlocations, emergency lighting, fire alarm system pull stations, fire alarm system notificationdevices, fire extinguishers, applicable door hardware requirements, calculations of exitingcapacity and loads, etc.;– Building fire sprinkler plans;– Building fire alarm plans;– Verification of pertinent ventilation, exhaust, and other mechanical systems as required tocomplete the assessment.– Verification of pertinent emergency power, normal power, lighting, and other electricalsystems as required to complete the assessment.– Verification of pertinent plumbing fixture locations and quantities, hot and cold domesticwater systems, chilled water systems, sanitary systems, and other plumbing systems asrequired to complete the assessment.– Any additional documentation deemed necessary by the design consultant to complete thefull building assessment.(2) The contract period will be for five years.
