(1) Vendor needs to provide stormwater master plan services to the government authority located in Clemson, SC.• Consulting firms to develop a comprehensive city–wide Stormwater Master Plan to identify flooding issues, assess the existing stormwater system, analyze and update the current CapitalImprovement Plan (CIP), and evaluate the current stormwater management program to fund improvements that mitigate against future flooding related damage. • Comprehensive city–wide Stormwater Master Plan, including a 10–15–year CIP with cost estimates, as well as a Stormwater Program and updated fee analysis and structure.• Existing City of Clemson GIS network and data of previously mapped stormwater structures, pipes, subbasins, and other related infrastructure.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.
