Description
The Palmdale Water District is seeking proposals from qualified contractors (“Respondents”) to design, engineer, procure, construct, interconnect, commission, maintain, operate, and own solar photovoltaic systems (“Solar Facilities”) and battery energy storage systems (“BESS”) (collectively the “Systems”) at one or more of the sites listed in Section 1 of the Executive Summary (“Project Sites”) of the Palmdale Water District RFP Instructions. The Project may be split into two or more stages or phases if District determines, after reviewing responses to this RFP, that staging is advisable.
