Vendor needs to provide deputy inspectors services to the government authority located in Nashville, TN.• The contractor shall act as an issuing agent upon authorization by the commissioner of the department of commerce and insurance and provide at least one individual to issue state electrical and building permits in accordance with all applicable statutes and rules of the state and instructions of the commissioner or delegated agents.• The contractor acknowledges that all fees (both permit and issuing agent fees) collected from the sale of electrical and building permits are state funds and shall be remitted in whole to the state.• The state shall reimburse the issuing agent fee to the contractor once the state confirms all monthly funds have been collected by the state.• The contractor or any individual performing services under this contract shall manually enter the appropriate payment information (electronic check, credit/debit card, or cash) directly into the online portal provided by the State.• The contractor or any individual performing services under this contract shall not store, save, or keep a permit applicant’s payment information.
