CLEANING-13110 - USA (Allen, Texas) - Housekeeping Services - Deadline July 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide housekeeping services to the government authority located in Allen, TX.– Maintain the facility in a clean, sanitary, safe, and event–ready condition.– Services shall include routine and event–related cleaning of the arena seating bowl and event floor, concourses, administrative offices, the south garage, community ice rink, and designated common interior and exterior areas.– Services include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash and recycling removal, spill response, restroom servicing, and other custodial duties necessary to maintain a clean, sanitary, and professional appearance throughout the facility.– Waste collection.– Restroom cleaning.– Horizontal surface and high surface cleaning.– Spot cleaning.– Window covering cleaning.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 23, 2026.(3) A pre–bid conference will be held on July 21, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
