(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing and graphic design services. – Provide citywide on–call marketing and graphic design services. services will include marketing, communications, creative, digital strategy, media planning and buying, and community engagement to agencies and departments across the city.– Marketing Strategy and Planning:• Development of marketing and communications plans aligned with agency goals.• Identification of target audiences and key messages.• Channel strategy and paid media recommendations.• Budget planning and allocation recommendations.– Creative Development and Brand Implementation:• Social media graphics and digital assets.• Campaign toolkits and templates.• Concept development and creative direction.• Graphic design for print and digital materials.• Development of reports, brochures, flyers, posters, signage, presentations, and infographics.– Digital Marketing and Paid Media:• Media planning and buying across digital, social, print, outdoor, broadcast, streaming, and other relevant platforms.• Paid social and search advertising strategy and implementation.• Campaign setup, trafficking, and monitoring.• Ongoing optimization based on performance data.• Reporting on reach, engagement, conversions, and other relevant metrics.– Content Development and Community Engagement:• Development of content strategies that support sustained outreach and engagement.• Copywriting and editorial support.• Photography, videography, and multimedia production.• Short–form and long–form video production.– Media Planning and Buying:• Transparently itemized.• Clearly separated from management fees.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
