Vendor needs to provide pool maintenance, inspection and repair services to the government authority located in Albany, NY. – Pool depth by area–depth at shallow:3FT, mid–point:5FT, deep end:12ft– Length of pool –25 yards– Filtration element – sand– Size of chlorine tank –50 gallons– Size of Muriatic acid tank–100 gallons– Pool chemistry – Surchlor &Muriatic acid– Chemicals monitored by Chemtrol– Chemical storage capacity– 150–gallon chlorine / 150–gallon muriatic acid– Chemical delivery and dispensing (advising from vendor welcomed)– As–needed emergency service and repair work shall include, but is not be limited to, the following:• Repair or replace broken or corroded pipe brackets.• Repair or replace starting blocks.• Repair or replace diving boards.• Repair, service, replace, or install chemical controllers (Chemtrol systems or equivalent).• Repair, replace, or provide temporary loaner acid and chlorine feed pumps.• Perform acid washing of pool surfaces, as required.• Repair or replace pool vacuum equipment.• Repair or replace chemical feed tubing.
