(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency operations center services to the government authority located in Walterboro, SC.– Construction of the new emergency operations center.– Automatic transfer switches rated 600 V and less. – Molded–case–type automatic transfer switches.– Test and inspect components, assembled switches, and associated equipment.– Alternative supply voltage or frequency is at minimum acceptable values.– Field quality control.– Lightning protection for structures.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 1, 2026.
