EXTRA-75443 - USA (Brooksville, Florida) - Project Management Services Supplemental Service - Deadline September 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide towing and roadside services to the government authority located in Brooksville, FL. – Provide professional Project Management Services on an as–needed basis for capital improvement, renovation, maintenance, infrastructure, operational, and other District–related projects.– Services may be required for projects of varying size, complexity, and duration and may be performed independently or in coordination with District staff, design professionals, contractors, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.• Provide advice on construction feasibility, availability of materials and labor, and procurement and time requirements for installation and construction. • Assist in negotiating or implementing changes with other relevant parties toward the successful completion of the project. • Conduct project schedule reviews and analyses. • The Project Manager will deliver these services with appropriate administrative support throughout the project. • Attend Owner–Architect–Contractor meetings. • Participate in pre–construction meetings with the Owner, Construction Manager, Design Professional, and all other key members of the project delivery team. • Manage and maintain all project documents and files, ensuring that as–built drawings are current and up to date by the contractor. • Monitor the contractor to facilitate the timely completion of all permitting requirements. • Review payment applications. • Address changes in the work as necessary. • Track all project contingencies and submit them to the Owner for authorization. • Provide change order evaluation services. • Deliver periodic reports to the Owner’s staff. • Conduct site observations. • Oversee and manage the project completion process. • Assist with the project's close–outs (2) A voluntary pre–bid meeting will be held on September 1, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026.
