ITQ# MP-26-07 Pine Island Park Awning Replacement

The purpose of this ITQ is to secure a qualified Contractor in the State of Florida to remove and replace shade fabric (approximately 24' x 24') on an existing awning with heavy duty vinyl of equal or better quality to match the existing color, at the Pine Island Multipurpose Center in Davie, Florida, located at 3801 S Pine Island Dr, Davie, FL, 33328. The services shall encompass furnishing adequate and appropriate labor, machines, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, supervision, insurance, permits, and incidentals. Contractor shall maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing environment for residents, businesses, and visitors. The estimated budget for this project is $10,000.
