(1) Vendor needs to provide cultural resource services to the government authority located in Tucson, AZ. – Cultural resource services for this project shall consist of project planning, environmental review, design development, construction planning and implementation for road improvement project. • Pre–design services – permitting, cultural resources planning, pre–design archaeological testing:– Records review, existing data compilation, and project initiation.– GIS database development and cultural resources data integration.– Permitting.– Pre–design research and testing plan.– Pre–design testing and report.– Ethnographic and stakeholder engagement plan.– Public interpretation and education strategy.• Design stage services and pre–construction mitigation:– Segment III cultural resources treatment and monitoring plan.– Pre–construction mitigation.– Cultural resources sensitivity training.• Utility relocation monitoring, construction treatment and monitoring, analyses, final reporting, spatial and curation:– Utility relocation monitoring and treatment.– Construction monitoring and treatment.– Analyses, final reporting, and spatial data.– Curation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 16, 2026.
