(1) Vendor needs to provide tenant–based rental assistance program manager service to the government authority located in Chicago, IL.– Organization to administer rental subsidies for up to two years to low–income renters who previously experienced homelessness, are exiting from Rapid Re–Housing, and need additional support to avoid a return to homelessness.– The program will target households whose Rapid Re–Housing assistance is ending and need additional support to prevent a return to homelessness.– Systematically identifying clients who struggle to independently access other resources theyneed and providing a higher level of coordination support to those clients.– Support Service can include (but is not limited to):o Benefits/services navigationo Case managemento Childcareo Education services (health education, GED, tutoring)o Job training (instructional materials, job coaching, structured job skills)(2) The contract period will be for one year.
