Vendor needs to provide utility rate and financial consulting service to the government authority located in Stuart, FL. – To provide assistance with water, wastewater, solid waste and other rate advisory financial services. – For such services as assistance in budgeting and forecasting, rate making, management accounting assistance, financing activities assistance, financial analysis of systems.– Review and redesign as considered necessary based on cost of services and recovery principles, the potable water, wastewater and reuse rates, solid waste disposal and collection fees, stormwater fees, fees for general services, including but not limited to; fire service, parks and recreation, planning, zoning and building, and other charges. – Review and design as considered necessary, appropriate fees for other miscellaneous services as provided by water and wastewater utility systems. – Investigate and develop potential wholesale water, wastewater and reclaimed water rates associated with the provision of such type of service.
