INSU-6403 - USA (Ontario, New York) - Employee Benefits and Health Insurance Consultant Services - Deadline September 17,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide employee benefits and health insurance consultant services to the government authority located in Ontario, NY.– Assist with the continuous review and monitoring of County’s Self–Funded Employee Health Benefit Plan for financial and risk management strategies.– Provide recommendations and pricing for alternative plan designs and other cost management strategies within collectively bargained parameters.– Advise the County regarding statutory, regulatory and market developments in employee benefits.– Review and assist with marketing and negotiating contract renewals with third party administrators, life insurance carriers, nurse case management, pharmacy benefit manager, HSA/HRA/FSA administrator, and other vendors.– Assist with the resolution of service delivery issues by third party administrators and other vendors.– Review of plan communications, contracts and management reports from third party administrators and other vendors.– Advise the County regarding recommended management reporting from third party administrators and other vendors and provide monthly analysis of claim data, utilization patterns and participation.– Evaluate vendor performance, including benchmarking performance against contractual obligations or guarantees.– Annual development and recommendation of annual plan budget and premium equivalent rates for self–insured employee health plan and dental plan.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 14, 2026.(3) Contact period will be for three years.
