The vendor is the sole source distributor of CUES, Inc. parts. The services in this procurement exemption are off-site repairs of equipment only - no on-site work is included. Vendors who wish to protest this procurement exemption must describe how they can provide the required services and proprietary components or suitable alternative with matching specifications.
