EXTRA-72295 - USA (Lansing, Michigan) - Turnkey Services - Deadline July 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide title to the government authority located in Lansing, MI.   – Services shall be based on time and materials and generally revolve around design, fabrication, installation or demolition in a variety of industrial processes as further described.– Preparation of submittals, engineering, for–construction drawings, schedules, bill of materials, mobilization, construction, demolition, installations, repairs, modifications, disposals and demobilization with respect to a variety of industrial processes, facilities and equipment, including boilers.– Provide and erect barricades and safety precautions in accordance with local, state, facility, and federal codes and regulations.– The safety protection shall allow normal operation of existing equipment or building.– Contain, collect, remove, and dispose off–site all debris resulting from the work. – Disposal of site materials shall include disposal at a licensed landfill and salvage yard.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 08, 2026.          (3) The contract period will be for five years.
