(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–hosted ticketing and reservations solution.– Ticketing system, an in–house–developed vehicle reservation system, and a separately procured point–of–sale platform at its terminals.– Mobile and multi–channel sales mobile responsive web store, call center support, and sale and redemption of products at terminal point of sale.– CRM Integration integration with a customer relationship management platform supporting,unified customer records, case management, and outbound customer communications.– Understand the landscape of vendors capable of delivering a modern, scalable ticketing and reservation management system for a multi–route ferry operation.– Validate agency documented requirements against available market solutions.– Online Ticket Sales (Web Store) single–ride, multi–ride, monthly pass, future–use, and revaluecard products purchasable online by guests, account holders, and business account customers.– Revalue card management card lifecycle for digital and physical cards including purchase, reload, suspension, cancellation, and replacement.– Secure Phone Channel (PCI–Compliant Payment Capture) secure PCI–compliant payment flows integrated with agent–assisted reservation and ticketing processes.– Account management individual and business customer accounts, vehicle management, payment method management, and account lifecycle events.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.
