(1) Vendor needs to provide civil and bridge engineering services to the government authority located in Tallahassee, FL.• Professional design and engineering services with qualified civil and bridge engineering firm(s) to design plans, specifications, provide bid support, and construction administration services.• Identifying the project need, feasibility studies, site analysis, environmental impact assessment, watershed calculations, surveys, budgeting regulatory and permitting requirements.• Provide early–stage utility and infrastructure planning, grading, drainage, erosion control, roadways, curbs, sewers, and utility systems and compliance with local codes and standards. • Design of bridges, traffic flow analysis, materials selection, and safety features.• Regular on–site inspections, quality control and planning for upgrades for longevity.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026(3) The contract period will be for three years.
