– Vendor needs to provide audit and limited accounting services to the government authority located in Smyth, VA. – Provide financial audit of for fiscal year 2026, ending June 30th, 2026.– Prepare annual financial statement audit for, including management letter, internal controls review, supplemental schedules and statistical schedules, and risk assessment in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards.– Audit shall result in the preparation of financial statements from the audited records of the organizations with the auditor's opinion thereon.– Audit of the financial statements, the auditor shall consider, test, and report on internal controls.– Preparation and filing of the 990 (as a tax–exempt organization).– Preparation and sending of 1099s for any expenses paid to independent contractors, etc.
