EQU-19727 - USA (Kansas, Missouri) - Audio Video System Replacement Services - Deadline October 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide audio video system replacement services to the government authority located in Kansas, MO.• Video switching/routing will be via a network–based solution allowing on–the–fly configuration of sources to displays as well as a future proof upgrade path. All Video sources in the system will be routable to the video wall. • Codec will reside in the existing rack. • Touch panel can be mounted anywhere in the room. • Pre–configured meeting mode or manual mode can be selected on the control system. Allowing for a general meeting to take place or a meeting that utilizes multiple cameras, microphones and all room devices. • The HDMI connections in the room will be a routable source to display and share in a conference call. • 4K camera licensing provided.• Video system is designed around any source to any destination platform with the ability to have future expandability based on budget and available switch ports. This allows for a future proof upgrade path as technology is added to the system.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
