(1) Vendor needs to provide websites and application digital accessibility audit services.• Provide comprehensive digital accessibility audit services for County–owned websites and apps for compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title II requirements and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.• Improve these sites using tools like Acquia Web Governance to monitor stearnscountymn.gov; and Doc Access to view PDFs on the website and, portal, as PDF remediation.• Conduct detailed assessments of county websites to identify accessibility barriers affecting users with disabilities.• Test desktop and mobile experiences using representative samples of site templates and high– impact or complex content(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Nov 12, 2026.(3) Vendors will need to pay and register on the tendering authority's website in order to obtain the RFP document without a watermark.
