– Vendor needs to provide website hosting and maintenance services using WordPress content management service. – Provide reliable hosting, regular maintenance, security updates, backups, disaster recovery, and support to ensure the website remains fully operational and secure.– Upgrading the existing website and ensuring full operational status post–implementation.– Providing 24x7x365 support, monthly reporting, backups, and disaster recovery measures.– Use the current file manager (back end) system for the website.– Ensure optimal performance of the site hosted.– Provide a responsive web environment that is accessible in multiple formats, platforms and devices.– Maintain daily backups of the web site through the duration of the contract.– Allow for any website data to be available in the event of web server failure. A notification is to be sent to the website administrator each morning to verify the backup. The backup, code and source files will be delivered in full to the municipality on closing of the contract.– Service provider must verify regularly that the site is up and running and will revert to the back up whenever necessary.
